If FROZEN:
- Bake covered with aluminum foil for 50-80 minutes, or until peppers are soft and the filling is hot throughout.
- Remove foil during the last 10 minutes to brown if desired.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 145-155°F. Let rest 5-10 minutes before
